Changsha 2025 International Construction Engineering Exhibition (CICEE) was inaugurated on May 15 under the theme of "High-tech, Intelligent, Green", attracting 1,800 exhibitors from all over the world and becoming one of the largest industry platforms in Asia. As the representative of China's underground engineering equipment innovation, LANHI introduced its key product lineup of Underground Drilling Rig, Shotcrete Machine, Intelligent Arch Anchoring Machine in the format of "hard technology + comprehensive solutions", which attracted wide interest from domestic and overseas customers, experts and media.
LANHI underground drilling rigs: efficient sinking tools
The LZ212A double-barrel tunnel boring machine attracted special attention at the exhibition. It solves the problem of adapting conventional technology to the three-stage tunneling method and vaulting, and has already been successfully used in the construction of expressways and railway tunnels.
- Maximum working area: coverage of cross-sections up to 16 m × 12 m, possibility of synchronous sinking of full cross-sections, two- and three-stage schemes.
- Precise intelligent control system: the design with double triangular parallelogram booms and electro-hydraulic proportional armature provides fast and precise positioning as well as omnidirectional hydro-parallel support.
- High productivity: world-class engine and two 18 kW air-impact bits allow to achieve penetration of up to 4.5 m per cycle.
- Safety and environment: wireless remote control reduces risks to personnel; diesel-electric hybrid mode reduces fuel consumption and emissions.
LANHI Intelligent Machine Matrix: complete solutions along the entire value chain
In addition to the drilling rigs, LANHI introduced the Shotcrete Machine and 312N-G Intelligent Arch and Anchor Machine, creating an integrated platform for underground work.
Shotcrete machine UPS-20J
- It is designed for concrete anchoring in mines and narrow excavations with cross-sections from 3 × 3 m to 15 × 8.5 m.
- Accessories: retractable intelligent shotcrete boom, 400 liters accelerating tank surface, maximum capacity 20 m³/h, rebound coefficient less than 12 %.
- The articulated undercarriage increases traversability in narrow and winding excavations.
312N-G intelligent arch and anchor system
- Integrates LANHI prefabricated arch frame installation technology, mechanized gripper and hydraulic handling to install one arch in 30 minutes.
- The integrated drilling module for anchor bolts provides a single "fixing-anchoring" process.
- The efficiency of work is 5-6 times higher than manual labor, the number of crews is reduced by 80 %.
